Default Coolant Flush

Hi,
On the 6.0 litre whats the easiest way to go about flushing the cooling system ?.
Is it necessary or will a drain down and new antifreeze mixture do ?.

There are no problems with it at present but I want to keep it that way.

Thanks

I believe there are 2 caps (Radiator and Expansion tank) as on the 5.3's and if so you can use an off the shelf flush kit (Advance Auto/ Auto Zone) and accomplish a nearly complete flush by opening both caps and using the other as a flush port. Apply some vacuum to your heater valve with a vacuum gun to open the heater valve ( most parts house's sell them if you don't have one) and flush your heater core while you are at it.
