You mount it glass downwards, I have just been informed by google! Might be fine.

That looks like a filter for an air compressor. I would not use it. It's designed to work with high pressure systems, not with vacuum.

Yes, it is supposed to be mounted with the glass downwards..

It is advertised as a engine oil separator baffle tank.. So hopefully it is correct

All I did was cut the end off the little vacuum valve in the air filter vac pipe blocked up the hole in the filter back plate and took the pipe that used to go straight to the engine breather, after reducing it, to the other side of the filter bowl.

The oil catch tank arrived.
It is small, about the size of a mouse..
I think it should be ok as I remember that there is usually not much oil in the oil catch can...
And I may not need to mount it, just leave it in between the hoses from the pig snout to the air box?

This was my set up.

Mounted in the brace

From the breather

To the original inlet,
I cut the cut the end of the pcv valve and blocked up the air cleaner hole. Trouble was it made me a bit paranoid so i reverted to original set up with a new pcv from a pinto (cheap) It made no differance to tick over when fitted and only caught dirty water.

It's a stainless badge bar clip. If anyone wants to go down this route this set can go, pm me if interested.
