Diode P/N for alternator 95 4.0

Anybody know the P/N of the diodes used in the rectifier diode pack for alternator on 95 XJS 4.0. I believe there are six diodes mounted on the rectifier pack.

Thanks...I'm not finding the actual individual diodes themselves to be able to just replace each one instead of buying the complete rectifier pack. Unless I missed it someplace on the page.
