Many reasons, and the most common would be:

The cleaning has allowed things to move as designed.
The vac capsule is actually doing something.
The timing is a tad advanced.

I would allow it to get to "normal" temp, then adjust the idle with the AAV adjuster to what you like.

A cold engine, with a working AAV is usually 1000rpm+, so wait for it to close 100% before fiddling with that adjuster.

Timing will affect idle speed, so it's probabl'y a bit different from before. Spec for an HE is 18 degrees at 3000 rpm. It was specified that way to set the timing at the most critical rev point and to overcome any slop in the mechanism, but it works out to 0 degrees at about 700 rpm idle when hot and the vac advance disconnected and plugged.
