ECU and steering rack replacement

Hi,
I'm afraid my XJS is in the hospital with ECU and steering rack problems.

Can anyone recommend a source for spare parts? A breaker's yard perhaps.

Or, for the ECU, a company which can diagnose/repair of ECUs.

Has to be in the UK.

For the ECU in your part of the pond, I would be searching out AJ Engineering.

The rack and other answers, I would wait for "Greg in France" to swing by. He has some awesome contacts in the UK for anything Jag, and XJ-S.

Grublogger are terrific for good second hand spare parts.But there are lots of other breakers, eg Eurojag, Just XJS. AJ6 Engineering, as Grant says, are the best for ECU fixes. Worth discussing your symptoms with them and they will almost certainly know what to do.
