Default Engine harness 1977 v12

Dear all,

Our adventure with engine rebuilt is almost at the end. We are trying to renew main harness in engine compartment. Most probably will be funny for most of you, but we would like to copy everything as original. There are small white tags at every thermal hose of the harness. We are sure only for cylinder numbering 1A, 2A…6A, 1B, 2B…6B, but not sure about the rest. Maybe somebody has designation for all of them?
Best Regards, Stan

stan73,

That engine looks lovely! Great work!

I'm in the middle of stripping the top end of my 79 which is pretty original. I'm not sure what is your question. Are you asking if there cylinder designation tags on the injection wiring loom for each cylinder? If so, I can check my car at the weekend to compare.

Dear Paul,

Each injection wiring loom has tag for each cylinder injection nozzle and shows bank and number.
But main harness have looms for sensors, coolant level. etc. We can’t read designation and searching for information what is written on them.
