Lucky 13. I searched for it here and elsewhere, came up with nothing. I'm sure others have tried to do a simple ff13 search and couldn't find anything.
Well now they can.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor
Manifold pressure does not change on engine starts or manifold pressure is out of range.
I got this code last week, and again after my fire.

I had the dead bank B Sunday a week ago
I started her to go fill her and the Wife's minivan up and got down the block and had to turn around as she was not right.... in the drive way I got out and check the exhaust and bank b was just blowing fuel air not running...
shut her down figured out which coil was fussy... carbon trail shorting to ground cleaned up with silicone spray and plugged the coil back into the cap and all was well
except I had the check engine light on... and this morning I looked through the handbook to find how to read the code... FF 13
so here we are...
passenger side foot well
in this car to clear the code there is a Y/G wire that has to be connect to a red? wire to clear the code... (one at a time) or disconnect the battery to clear all codes, but you loose the adaptive learning in the ECU... which in my case might not be sooo BAD...
tata 4 now...

P013-- in OBDII is basically some for of a misfire or running issue. It is followed by two numbers specifying what it is. Sometimes it is just a blank misfire, sometimes it specifies 02 sensor or fueling issues. The numbers seem to stay relevant in older systems, like on the Jag. It is just more simplistic. It telling you manifold pressure sensor is like a brake light telling your brake balance sensor or fluid level sensor. So you know what type of sensor it is and what it should be detecting to help you out. You still need to find out what part of the brakes is failing or leaking or if something is causing the sensor to improperly trip.
The manifold sensor is what is telling the rudimentary computer diagnostic system that there is a misfire, because the manifold pressure is out of range for a normal running engine.
As jonathan said, first place to look in this situation is generally your ignition system.

found it in my owners Hand book...
how about that
page 308
code 13 pressure sensor... Checks for manifold pressure difference at engine cranking and engine running
and a dead bank would most likely set this code...
I will clear mine tonight I guess...

Fault codes
Fault code Description Function
11 Idel pot or associated wiring Looks for idle trimpot out of normal operating range.
13 Pressure sensor Checks for manifold pressure difference and engine cranking
and engine running.
14 Coolant thermistor or associated wiring. Looks for coolant thermistor static during engine warm up.
16 Air thermistor or associated wiring. Looks for air thermistor resistance out of range.
17 Throttle pot or associated wiring. Looks for throttle pot resistance out of range.
18 Throttle pot/airflow meter calibration. Looks for low throttle pot siginal at high airflow.
19 Throttle pot/airflow meter calibration. Looks for high throttle pot siginal at low airflow.
23 Fuel supply. Looks for poor feedback control in rich direction.
29 ECU self check. Checks microprocessor function.
34 Right-hand 'A' cylinder bank injectors and Looks for Injector dribble.
associated wiring.
36 Right-hand 'B' cylinder bank injectors and Looks for Injector dribble.
associated wiring.
44 Right-hand 'A' cylinder bank lambda sensor and Looks for feedback out of control rick or weak.
associated wiring.
45 Right-hand 'B' cylinder bank lambda sensor and Looks for feedback out of control rick or weak.
associated wiring.
49 Ballast resistor. Checks to ensure the minimum voltage of the ballast
resistor is achieved.
