After cleaning the throttle body, maf, and changing the fuel filter on my 94 2+2 4.0 engine, I got an ff23 code after about 100 miles driven. egr and vacuum solenoid tested good and o2 sensor is fairly new, and no vacuum leaks. I was getting a slight surge at idle and around 40 mph, it felt like the ecu was trying to make adjustments to the air fuel mix. Sure enough the idle due to the maintenance I did, had dropped to less then 7,000 rpm. So I adjusted the idle air valve to about 8,000 rpm and now no more surge and ff23.
I have one puzzling question though. So Dr. Who is a time lord who travels space and time in a phone box, ok I can buy that. He always has a companion that is a young british girl with common sense. A young british girl with common sense, seems like a stretch to me. lol
