Default Fitting a Chrome V12 front grille to a facelift version

Hi,

I think the black plastic grille on my 92 car looks very dull. Has anyone retro fitted an earlier chrome grille with the V12 badge in the centre to their car ?

No I have not.

BUT

Gut feeling, and lousy memory, has me thinking the mounting of the "newer" rubbish grille and the Chrome are the same. It has been a very long time since i was in that area.

I cannot imagine Jaguar changing too many things for a simple grille alteration, or any other manufacturer for that matter.
