Front Caliper Rebuilding

Front Caliper Rebuilding
I'll be rebuilding the slightly-leaky, front left caliper. Right seems to be fine. I've rebuilt calipers before, but is it imperative that both be done? They are not worn, it's simply due to the car being stored for 6-7 yrs and she's pulling slightly right during hard braking... Thank you!
Also, does the PITA "lock wire" need to be replaced or will a few drops of bolt/nut locker do the trick?

I wouldn't say "imperative", no. But, I'd do both, or even all four, for the feel good factor....especially if you find rust in the first one. Storage plays hell with brake hydraulics.
I've heard of several guys using threadlocker instead of safety wire.
Cheers
