(not sure if you've got a coupe or a convertible?)
I think that the seats in any XJS are recognised as being really quite comfortable. I've never seen an XJS with aftermarket replacement seats, other than an XJS used for racing. I don't know any owner who has replaced their seats. I've just done 350+ miles today in my 95 convertible with the top down and I'm feeling pretty good!
I guess it depends if your seats are worn with soft cushions etc and need refurbishing, or if you just don't get on with the standard seats. The only improvement you could make perhaps is to get a set that had the optional lumbar adjustment, if yours doesn't have that. Other than that, I'm not sure what advice others may have. You just don't tend to see XJSs with replacement seats.
Good luck
Paul

Not sure where you live, but there is probably a Foam Store in some industrial park in your neck of the woods. Head on over there and pick up the densest foam they sell (that's what I did) for furniture. You'll also want an electric knife, like the one you might have for Thanksgiving. If you don't have one, they go for about $15. You'll need it to trim the foam.
It doesn't have to be perfect, but shape the foam, using the old one as a template, and make it slightly larger in every direction, except maybe length...but never err on the side of smaller. It's a supremely forgiving task.
The sides of the seats were in terrible shape. The seat bottom foam was in good shape, as was the backs. You'll have to see how much of the foam you'll want to remove. If you have seat heaters, that might complicate things, but only a little. I might have considered simply adding a layer of foam on top of what already there if need be.

Rican,
I'm sure that there will be a number of Jaguar trim parts shops in the UK, selling seat foams.
There are a n umber of very reputable ones in the UK who will sell these foams. These include Aldridge. See here:

Good luck
Paul
PS Your signature says you have a Coupe, not a Convertible.
