I think I can answer my own question. It looks like it should be CBC2858 or 0523413/052-3413. The O'Reilly's a couple towns over has the 0523413 in stock so I'll try to pick some up tomorrow.

There is no way for me to express just how much I can relate to what ya mustah been feeling, lol... So many times. Just standing there, on pause, like damn!
Due to my situation here in NY, it will often mean that I have to put everything back together, then, do it all over again. Street work... You have ABS - the seal is a simple rubber one with 3 lips that fits onto the stub axle itself, & the hub is pushed up to it & moves against it. You should be able to find it on many of the xjs parts suppliers online that will confirm the part number.
