Fuel pump works

OK, lets start from scratch.
I read that you have an XJ-S V12 HE Coupe, BUT, 1928, NAH.
Is a 1988???, and you got a one number typo, or something later, coz the systems changed in 1989 with the Marelli introduction.
Once this small thing is sorted LOTS of help will flow.
Just for fun, look at your +ve battery cable, and you will see 2 wires connected to it about 6" from the battery. These are power supply for the main relay, and the ECU, etc, and have a BAD habit of coming loose, or losing contact, or even falling off. Make sure they are connected PROPERLY (and that can be fun sometimes) just to eliminate silly little items first.
Then find a spare spark plug, any spark plug will do, and plug it into one of the easier leads to remove (#2 or 3 are easy), place the spark plug on a metal piece of something nearby so as to earth the casing, and crank the engine, and see if you got "fire" (spark). Nice fat blue fire, not weak yellow fire.
Let us know with other correction.
