HE Spark Plug Change Oops

HE Spark Plug Change Oops
I'm doing plugs, wires, and cap on my '88. The distributor cap had a hose attached to the top of it. When I went to take it off, the whole hose came off in my hand with a bit of whatever it was attached to stuck in the other end. Where did the other end go, and is it important?
Where does this hose go?

Fumes and ozone (caused by the HT spark's action on oxygen in the air) could build up inside the dizzy, and perhaps/occasionally/may etc etc explode and wreck the dizzy. So air is drawn into the dizzy through the bottom side spigot (as shown in Doug's link) and out through the top spigot which is connected to a hose in he B bank induction system. This special hose is NLA, and so are the little plastic connectors. For a friend I made a working system using one of these little jobs on an ordinary 90 degree hose:

Okay, new issue: 3A and 6B spark plugs are stuck. I've had them soaking in WD-40 for about 24 hours and they won't budge with moderately hard pressure on a 3/8 ratchet. I know PB Blaster is supposed to work better, but O'Reilly didn't have any when I went shopping. How hard can I crank on this before I risk damaging the threads in the cylinder head?

Agreed with that.
I use a "brew" of ATF and Diesel Fuel, 50/50, let it soak. WD40 evaporates, not what you want.
Sometimes a day or 2, depends on the beer supply.
When replacing, Anti-seize on the plug threads, and just over finger tight is all that is needed. By that, screw in until the tapper seat JUST contacts the head, then a very short NIP of the wrench, job done. Too much NIP, and you will have this again next time, trust us all on that one.
