Default Help on driveshaft

I am painfully close to removing the engine and tranny as one unit, but those front driveshaft bolts are holding me up and will not move. Penetrating oil is not helping. Neither the nut nor the bolt is spinning. I fear I may round either one of them off, making removal nearly impossible. I'm using a 14mm open-end wrench so I don't completely mess up the nut or bolt. Any useful tips out there?

You must use imperial sized spanners, and sockets or ring spanners with single hex drivers (ie only 6 flats on the socket), not open enders. The gearbox/propshaft flanges are either 1/2 AF or 9/16th AF from memory. Get the right spanners on and a long lever on them and they will come undone.

Thanks for the info, Greg. I bought a 9/16 6 point combo wrench. Worth every penny of the 10 bucks I paid for it.
