Hi,
Which harness exactly is it that you're trying to source? Can you identify it from the Jaguar Classic Parts website? Also, what age XJS is it? Is it an AJ6 engine or an AJ16 engine?
The more information that you can provide, the easier it will be for people to help you find the right harness.

There is a possibility you may have the 4.0 AJ16 engine or the 4.0 AJ6. Do you have exposed spark plug wires? If so than you have the AJ6 engine, if not than you have the coil on plug AJ16 engine which was introduced in late 94. The AJ16 engine has a one large silver cam and valley cover in place of the separate ribbed cam covers of the AJ6.
Look at my signature and you will see what model I have, you should set up the same information about yourself. It helps to get your answers quicker and relevant to your model.

dylanlyn,
There is a fundamental difference in the engine on cars built after April 1994. If your VIN number is higher than 194774, you have an AJ16 engine. If not, you have an AJ6 engine.
There are lots of wiring components in the bulkhead and engine bay, it's not just one wiring harness. You can find someone who breaks XJSs but you'll need to very specific about your car, age, engine type, LHD / RHD and which parts of the wiring system that you need. Have a look at the Jaguar Classic Parts website here and you'll see what I mean:

Aj6
Thank you Ronald and Paul Mine is 1994/04 LHD VIN # 194127 which has exposed spark plug wires so it should be an AJ6. As for the harnesses , I need the whole set and everything regarding to engine and with all the connectors and resistors attached if possible. Please let me know where to find those SOMEONEs who breaks XJSs . I'm desperate . Many thanks and really appreciate your help.

Grublogger and Pauls Jaguar are the two places I'd start with.
Also, try this place:
RARE CAR FOR PARTS: 1996 Jaguar XJS 4.0 Convertible: Rolled BUT Clean!
No affiliation with any of these places.

I know the guy who runs Grublogger | Used Jaguar Parts | Used Jaguar Spares | Jaguar Breakers | XJ-S | XJR-S | XJS here in the UK.
He's very knowledgeable and helpful. You will need to be clear to him about whether you have a LHD or RHD car. As I said, there are lots of wiring harnesses in the engine bay that control non-engine specific elements such as the lights, braking electrical distribution, various fuseboxes. Lots of wiring in the engine bay is nothing to do with the engine itself. It's not like an old car with a single wiring harness.
So I would suggest that you work out exactly what it is you need for the car before contacting a breakers.
Good luck
Paul
PS Also that 1996 car is an AJ16 car, so different engine to yours.
