How to fit Jaguar XJR X308 wheels onto an XJS?

I’m trying to assist with the sale of my XJR wheels. The buyer wants to fit the X308 wheels onto his XJS.

The tyre dimensions are 255/40/18.
What tyres would they need to make them fit?

I run 245/45R17 with no issues.

I have used the same tire size on 2 different sets of wheels, both square set up.

17x8 et20
17x8 et25 (current)

Xjr wheels are 17x8 et33
