how much torque to apply to intake manifold bolts?

Default how much torque to apply to intake manifold bolts?
Anyone know, or have a document to show this?

I dont.

I always do then tight (common sense tight), as they are only a 8mm stud and nut.

I then recheck them after about 2 hours running,then again after about 2 weeks.

Those inlet gaskets settle big time.
