Leaky drivers side window

Did you mean the top front corner? Sounds like seals to me, can you see any issues with the seals? (eg, distorted, torn, etc). If the seals look fine, then maybe the window fit?
Is it leaking between the window glass and the door frame, or is it coming from above the door frame and flowing/dribbling down inside and then onto the window?...
Try using a hose (with water stream flowing at low pressure) or an empty squeeze bottle (soap detergent, etc) filled with water to direct water carefully at various places near that area (start low and work upward) to see where the water gains entrance.
Maybe just needs a bit of rubber sealant repair (something like JB Weld black silicone RTV), or a straightening of the seal and re-glue, or a slight adjustment of the window angle.
If it's a large leak, then you'd need to replace the seal(s).
Or, you might try stopping at a repair shop that specializes in replacing windshields & other glass, they likely have experience tracking down and sealing window leaks.

If its a late Convertible it's extremely likely to be the join between the 2 seals that are at the front edge of the hood (roof) seal channel that contacts to the top of the door glass
I dont think they have been available from Jaguar. Have a look at the alignment to the door glass. You can also use a silicon sealant to fill the gap between the longer seal and the short bit at the front edge of the hood(roof).
Good luck
Paul
