left front wheel well cover questions
On the plastic cover over the charcoal canister in the left front wheel well, on mine at least, is a compartment with a cover. I'd post a picture but I guess I'm too new.
the cover fits in a slot, and is held in by one of those plastic "christmas tree" type rivet thingies.
The cover fits in the slot at an angle, and wont come out without taking out the rivet first.
Anybody have a clue what this is for?
Thanks

On the left side, my whole splash-gaurd plus little access door is missing. Yes, it is for the rear of the headlight assembly. Not necessarily European models but Euro headlights even on North American models, meaning non quad headlights.
Not to hijack..but are those splash-gaurds still available? I can see that dirt and sand are depositing themselves in the headlight area.

yea, I understand that you take the whole thing out to change the headlights. But in the lower plastic part of the liner, there is a small rectangular box, and there's a slot at the bottom of the box that a rectangular piece of plastic fits into to cover up the box.
What's that little box for?
I wish I could post a picture.
