Wow! That one looks gorgeous. I would be skeptical about buying any car that is listed in NY/NJ right now. I think craigslist and ebay are flooded (pun intended) with Sandy victims.

Stillill, I'd seen the V12s on Ebay and Craigslist, but that 6-cylinder coupe looks great!
Mkii250, that black XJS is beautiful! I just don't think I'm ready for a 12!
gotta get rid of the leaper, IMHO.

There had to be something wrong with it for that price (assuming it didn't go for a swim last October).

Vee, I've seen that car around for a while and I think it's been sold - it was on Autotrader and got taken off a week or so ago. I may call just to make sure.

Just take a look-see....the mileage is obvs. wrong but maybe that's to get you to call: 1992 Jaguar XJS.
I never wanted an XJS, I always loved the saloons. I got mine because of the manual trans. and it turned out to be THE right Jag for me (given that I can only have one).

Ha! That's exactly what I'm looking for. A $25,000 XJS that I can't see and doesn't run!

It will; just be prepared to spend about 100 bucks a mile.
Plus fuel.

I am still looking - I saw that XJS in Illinois. Right now, I'm considering an XK8 in Pennsylvania.
