Default Momo Steering wheel

Hi all,
I came across this steering wheel for sale, and the seller doesn't know much about it. I have a 1986 XJ-S and I'm wondering if anyone here knows if this wheel would fit? The seller doesn't know what Jaguar model it came off of or was made for. It is stamped on the back 5-82. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks!

That looks like it could be the right wheel adapter. XJS and XJ6 and 12s used the same adapter in various years. If not, you can always get the correct adapter off ebay. I've used this one:

You will have to unscrew that wooden pad from the middle to fit the wheel though. And then attach it afterwards.

So I was finally able to meet up with the seller of this wheel last Wednesday. They lived about 3 hours away from me and didn't want to ship it ( craigslist seller) I came home earlier today and once settled got it mounted in the car. It went in just like it was made for it. Maybe it was. I really like it, it's period correct and matches the other wood in the car very well.

I need to find something like that to replace the awful (and upside down) steering wheel in my '88 car,

Doug,

I have one but it is in black leather. Not perfect condition but not bad either. Probably give it a 3.25-3.5 out of 5.
