Hi Paul

Ball Park figure £15k - £20k but if that logo is missing from the Head Rest, then that could really knock the value down, as could any excessive restoration

In the UK it's all about Service History and how many Previous Owners and anything over 100,000 miles could be considered excessive

Also being LHD won't be very popular over here

Hello Softball

Truly a beautiful car, I have not seen an equal down here in OZ for sale in my memory
There was a recent 1989 V12 convertible that was sold at Shannon's (auction house) for $90 500 which gives hope to all who own prestige XJS's

https://www.shannons.com.au/auctions...73ADD2M714BT2/

Not quite for me - I prefer them done the other end of the price line

Cheers
Steve

Always liked the XJS's especially the convertibles. But lately I have com to appreciate the coupes more and more. As Jay Leno said when talking about the E type I believe it was, " the hard tops are more practical". You know, more storage because of the back hatch, and warmer in colder weather. Would love to get a XJS coupe with the V 12 one day. Only problem the average man can only afford one toy and it is hard give up one toy for another.

Sorry for saying “His” in my response to you planning your photo shoot this weekend and plan to post photos. I guess my age (76) comes through about assuming you must be a guy………….I am extremely happy that you are not……Enjoying these things are for everyone!!!!!

Thanks for being part of this forum!!

I've done the photo shoot at Red Rock, https://www.redrocksonline.com/
With my non existent planning, there was apparently a MeetUp group there with folks with their fancy cars to!

There was plenty of onlookers and I didn't mean to crash their party. Kind of stayed to the other end of the parking lot, but there was a lot of looks to.
It's incredible for so my ppl to tell me that i have a beautiful car. considering I had washed the car the day before. (I had to ask the owner of the car wash how to wash the car, with so may hoses and sprays). So much easier then with a bucket of soapy water!

I'm happy to share all the complements to all the Jaguar owners!
