Need advice to install dual headlamp conversion on '95 XJS
Well I finally found a brand new set of dual headlamps for the XJS. I should add that it is not hard to find the lamps for conversion if you are willing to spend the money through one of the companies that sell them but at $600.00 or more I was not willing to spend that kind of money when my stock headlamps are like new. So to find a complete set new for much less on Craigslist was all the incentive I needed. The set consist of all the parts needed to convert over from my stock 1995 XJS single head lamps including the wire harness for each headlamp that plugs into both lamps and into the main stock headlamp harness on each side. I have two 1995's and I really like the look of the single headlamp on my red XJS but always felt the duals would look great on the dark blue XJS. I will post some photos of before and after and just checking to see if anything I need to be aware of in converting the headlamps over. Any feed back on this before I get started would be greatly appreciated.

LuvmyXJS',
I don't know if your used ones are the same as the new ones sold by the big suppliers. If not, carefully check the fitting of the chrome surround as others have had problems with fitting this once the lights are in situ.
Good luck with the job.
Bc xj,
Remember that these 95 lights are for a facelift XJS. Your 89 car has a very different light fitting.
