New price of a Celebration Convertible XJS
Does anyone know what the New Price was of a (UK Spec) XJS 4.0L Celebration Convertible Auto, when they first came out in the UK.
I don't know for sure but I think it was something like about £40,000.
but I can't find the exact figure, so does anyone know what it is?
Ironically I have the receipt for my XJS V12 Convertible (from the previous owner) which I believe cost a lot more, he paid £50,000!
People must have been made of money back in the 1990's!
