I don't mean by key. Put a ratchet on the front and turn it clockwise. If it isn't rock solid, then it'll run. That is something I have learnt so far

But suppose the Injectors are Blocked?

After 14 years of standstill a locked up engine is more so a worry than some blocked injectors...

FWIW, when I bought a parts car years ago, it had not been started for at least 21 years. I changed the plugs, put on new dizzy cap and rotor, put in new oil and filter, drained the fuel and added new, bodged up some S/H HT leads where they were missing, shoved in a battery and tried it. Started right up. So in your place, that is what I would do, without worrying about anything more fancy.
