Original A/C Compressor or New Smaller Compressor?

Sometimes! The owner of the E Type paid close to $2,000 CAD for the radiator and it wasn't a quality part. Price doesn't always indicate the quality. It's much easier to fix a copper/brass radiator too.

It looks like everyone has a different opinion on the radiators. I can get a new OEM Jaguar copper radiator for around $1,200.00 or a new custom aluminum radiator for the XJS V12 HE made in America, no epoxy, fully furnace brazed and fully TIG welded $900.00. Any recommendations on a manufacturer and model number for a replacement of the electric auxiliary fan?

You can buy a radiator with the fan shroud made as part of the rad, and that is the easiest way to fit electric fans, I believe. This is a UK motorsport supplier who I have no direct experince of, but they are well established:

Anyway the photo gives you an idea of what I am getting at. If you do decide to do the fan mod, the wiring and control is important and many aftermarket stuff to do it will nort stand up to the XJS engine bay conditions, so feel free to post again for ideas from me and others.

Greg is 100% on the money about Spal fans. This website has a handy list of the fan sizes, CFM ratings, and amp draw. I've never been let down by a Spal fan.

It depends more on you and your old condenser. If it’s in rough shape, yes I’d change it even if the difference is trivial. I might be tempted to use a smaller one so the radiator gets more direct air. The logic is look at the interior space of a Honda or Toyota mini van/ SUV and yet the size of their condenser is much smaller than the Jaguar one.
