So what IS the tire to drive on with this car?
There should be two answer categories:
1. All season tires for those who drive them all year round, including rainy days. Cars that see cold weather belong here.
2. Warm weather tires, for those who store their cars during the winter months. People who drive year round in warm climates, Florida, Texas, etc, should answer in this category.

I just got a set of Cooper Cobras from Tire Rack.
Great price... I was talked out of white letters OUT, lol, and glad for it.
235s... Really nice thing. I grabbed a link real fast. I think these are the ones. Should be texting while driving!

I use Yokohama Avid Accend GT tires, very quiet and sturdy and planted. Definately not snow friendly but...they are not snow tires anyway.
They say all season but its more on the quiet/summer side. Not suitable for -40 Canadian winters.

This is the tyre that Jaguar asked Pirelli to make back at the end of the 1970s the P5. at the time 205/70VR15, then the 215/70R15 for the He V12 cars. then 225/65R15 P5 for the XJ40 not on milimetric rims.
A couple of years ago Jaguar asked Pirelli to make these tyres again, which Pirelli have now done. They sent the tyres to Jaguar who did there own testing which they passed and homologated the tyre with a J for Jaguar.
