that very coupe was GIVEN to me FREE, it is V12 ,4speed manual , REAL SPLINE drive wire wheels, lot of rust tho!
i did not know that those cars were sought after, sold in 3 days to a guy IN Hawaii, wired money into account overnight!

OP had 3 other Etypes, so had no time and getting on in life,and WIFE/HOA ordered him to get it OFF the property.

LIFE sometimes you never know whats gonna happen,next.

Looks good from here. If only they had made the XJC in larger numbers. I would have owned one by now

brew , i suppose that low build makes them rare, and worth higher money!

This is the truth. I was once able to witness the restoration of a coupe about 10 years ago, here in Burbank, and I was always staring at it from my office. The owner picked it up one day, and I havent seen it since. What a beauty!

A friend of mine has one that's just been sitting for years. Won't sell it. "Gonna restore it:" (someday) . . .
