Picked up a parts car - Have some questions on swapping parts

So I have a 1994 XJS V12 Convertible. When it bought it, the roof was slashed and consequently, the interior is not in the greatest shape.
I bought a 1996 6 cylinder parts car that caught fire under the hood. The interior and soft top are near perfect condition.
1) The first thing I want to do is unbolt the soft top and swap it over. I the very same thing on my R107 500SL and it was easy, but that was a manual top car.
Has anyone done this job?
2) I want to swap the seats, but this will require me to remove the door panels so that I can access the power seat controls. If anyone has instructions for this, I'd love to hear from you.
3) The blower motor is always on with my V12 car. What do I need to swap out on this car to make that stop?
Thanks

I guess the question here whether I can you pop the electric switch panel off the door so I can put power directly to the pins in order to move the seats. As the car was in a fire, much of the wiring harness under the hood is burnt so trying to power the seats from the battery in the boot is a non starter.

As regards your other 2 questions:
1. Remember that the convertible hood uses tension cables. When you remove the parts car hood, you may want to change those cables
3. The infamous Darlington Transistors can cause the blowers to permanently run. Read up on this and consider changing them.
Cheers
