If it helps I found some notes from my Mustang TPS installation. Apparently the TPS terminals were marked A B C

My handrwriten notes say....

Green C 5v power
Yellow A Throttle pot ground
Red B Output to ECM

Of course the "ground" doesn't mean an external chassis ground

<shrug>

Cheers

I believe, Doug, M90, that 'ground' refers to the return to pin 19, as in my previous post:

"Tpot output non-wiper (ie after the 5v has gone through the resistance, but not including the wiper output) goes to pin 19
CTS output (ie after the 5v has gone through the resistance of the sensor) also goes to pin 19"

Right.

"Throttle pot ground signal" is what my schematic says, at pin 19.

an OEM bournes TPS allowed it to run slightly leaner, but other than that there was no difference. it ran much better with the CTS unplugged.
