Is that "Warm Charcoal" (LEG)? I'd expect a grey headliner too but you have the other one (fawn?) also the A-pillars. I like that cubby box in the back in place of "seats". You have a nice patina going...

It is Black, Convertible top is 8 years old.

Great pics! Love the black on black. My 92 with white on tan looks nice, but not this classy.
Your pic of the "butler's trunk", instead of useless rear seat (like mine) brings up a curiosity of mine. What was Jag thinking by putting 2 speakers on the front panel, facing the seats?! And in a convertible no less. How about speakers in the side panels, below the qtr windows? Is there room there? Ever try to hear your radio/CD with the top down at speed? Door speakers are working overtime to make for the lack of discernible sound from the back. Just a thot...

The only thing I get from the back speakers is a nice back massage in rhythm, with base turned up. LOL
