Polished Lattice wheels

Polished Lattice wheels
I am working on a new restoration project, a BRG '89 XJS with lattice wheels.
Earlier this week I saw the identical car, which was owned by Frank Sinatra, when it was auctioned by Barett Jackson in 2016.
The cars are identical with one exception, the lattice wheels on the Sinatra car appear to be highly polished. Chrome like.
I then saw a similar set of wheels on a salvage car on the Welsh Jag website.
Question??? Was this a Jaguar factory option OR is this something a shop could do locally? I have a set of Dayton wire spokes for the car but would consider keeping the lattice wheels if they can be polished. Thanks
PS, I am certain neither car had the wheels painted.

I am 98% sure that the polished wheels were NOT a factory offering.
I've never seen anything in Jaguar sales or technical or parts literature that mentions polished wheels, nor chromed wheels....although I've seen plenty of both. Not, at least, for the 15x6.5" lattice wheels.
I'm not sure about the 16x7 and 16x8 Lattice wheels used on other Jaguars.
Cheers

Thanks Doug. I really like the look so I'll make some local inquiries to see how it can be done....and for how much.
Today I removed the emergency brake connection by the drivers seat. Laborious but doable. This release the parkign brake that were locking up the rear axles. They now turn, although reluctantly due to the rust on the calipers.
I also confirmed that I have the Salisbury GKN rear differential on this car.
