Proper tire size for 16" wheel?

Proper tire size for 16" wheel?
My '90 XJS has the original 15" lattice wheels with 235 60VR15 tires. I just bought a set of the 16" lattice style wheels (7JX16CH X28.5mm), but I have no idea what size tire is proper for that wheel. If anyone is running the 16" lattice style wheel, please let me know what tire size it has.

Yes, I think I was lucky to find them! I have a set of 4 and they are still in the original packaging (NOS). They will look very nice on my black XJS. The original wheels are like new (the car has only 29,700 extremely pamperedmiles), but they are really boring looking compared to the 16" ones with the polished hub and outer rim.
I was thinking of running Michelin Pilot Sport (not theSport A/S)tires. That's what I fitted tomy XJR and they handle phenomenally well!! Not sure, though, if these type of performance tires are appropriate for an XJS. It currently has Pirelli P600 tires.
Anyone running Michelin Pilot Sport (not Sport A/S) on yourXJS - or have tire feedback about what you're running on your XJS
