I didn't take measurements, but here's a picture of mine jacked up far enough to remove the cage. I didn't roll it out on the tires though. I have a motorcycle jack that allowed me to lower it a bit farther so I didn't have to raise the car quite as high.

I hate sounding preachy but I wanna emphsize the importance if this ^

It rings a bell with me because just recently I almost seriously injured a very expensive sportscar by forgetting to chock the front wheels. I was jacking up the rear when the darn car started rolling away from me. Yikes!

I guess the floor isn't 100% level...or whatever.

Not chocking the wheels is just asking to get injured, or worse! A lesson that was grinded into me from a very young age. As a matter of fact, I really get scared whenever I work under the car, as I've seen vehicles move, jacks fall, and people pinned under cars. Having a 2000+ weight on top of you is NEVER a good thing.

Question, though. When raising the rear bumper 4 feet, did that mean 4 feet from the ground total, or four feet from it's current height of about 2 feet (for a total of six feet)?

Sorry for the ambiguity. Four feet in total should do it. It is so you can work under the car easily enough and also roll the cage straight out the back without the wheels catching on the boot floor!
