rear windows

Has anyone found out why the rear windows on the convertible are such a piece of shyte . . . ??

Im getting really fed up having take the trim out to hit the motor with a hammer every 2 days....

Are the brushes worn out? Mine are original and have never given trouble, so you must be unlucky.
