Removing passenger side A/C blower motor
#1
#2
Remove the knee level dash trim.
On your back in the footwell look upwards, you wil have to unbolt a panel of fuses and bits that you will see are in the way
Then with a torch look up and disconnect the vac tube and loom plug from the blower
Then look up each side and you will see a 1/2 AF bolt about half way up the blower
Undo this, the blower will not fall down, though it should.
It will not fall down because the seal at the top to the outside has glued it in place
Now, get a bit of wood and jam the sprung outlet on the bottom of the motor open with it. If you do not the similat hatch at the top of the blower (that you cannot see) will NOT let the blower come out.
Now, rock and pull for all you are worth and eventually, the blower will come down. You will think it will not but it will!
