Retrofitting 4 Port Thermostat Vacuum Switch
Hello friends,
After snapping off the thermostat housing bolts when attempting to change them, I sourced complete thermostat housings from a 1991 XJS. Looks identical except for the vacuum switch on top. The 91 has a 4 port switch while my 90 has a two port switch. Since they are different sizes, should I get a reducer to fit the 90 switch or is there a way to fit the 91? Unfortunately, port 4 on the 91 switch broke off but should be enough left to plug it if possible. .
Cheers!
