I would say somewhere nearer 500bhp. But it's the torque that matters.
The engine in this car was originally twin super charged. We purchased it without those. The body shell was rotten so we took all the goodies off.
Cosworth don't make the pistons any more so will have to look else where.
Any one recommend a good piston supplier in the UK?

Awesome numbers for a "tired" engine..
What compression ratio are you running being formerly blown? It is very interesting to see how fast and dramatic your torque curve fell off, but it would be interesting to know how many pounds of boost the former setup was running and carbs mit twin chargers would personally scare me to death in the whole piston melt area.
Anyways, I have had great luck with JE Pistons over the pond and have subjected the same to some huge numbers (650+ crank on turbocharged stuff) without fail. You may also want to consider Autoverde, Carillo, or Seinz rods. However, with everything needing to be custom, time to machine and cost might get silly. Are you dry sumped currently?
The C-Type recreation you see in my signature is a 3.4 XK six punched to 3.9, 11:1 comp, triple 45 DCOE's, knifed crank, polished and lightened rotating assembly and all sorts of other bits head side, and I'm at roughly 345 crank. But, being that the car only weighs 1,750lbs, it's a bit of a death trap.. ;-)
I tell you all that nonsense as you can easily get help Stateside as well, but understand if you want bits closer to bore match and such, in which case I'd contact KWE..
Cheers,
Jeff

Broken Spanners, we had it cc'd and its running 10.5-1 compression.
It was on fuel injection when super charged.
I have seen JE pistons. What i need is someone to just match the pistons that we already have. We might up the comp ratio a little bit but no real need to go crazy.
We sold the webbers on as it was hard finding someone to tune them, and evidently the guy who tuned it for us either let it run very lean or had the timing to far advanced as we suffered head gasket failure and detonation. A expensive lesson !
