The driver-side seatbelt of my XJS is currently attached only to the bottom mounting bolt, but I would like to return it to the original state and have it attached to the top as well. I have been looking online and in manuals trying to find which seatbelt I would need, but I am lost in all the different types and models. As seen in the pictures, the seatbelt on the passenger side looks quite complete but I have been told that that one isn't original either. So now I want both of the seatbelts matching and also preferably matching the '78 / '79 original ones. Does anyone have any pictures or part numbers for those? Thanks!

 

The problem, as you know, is that you have a converted car and we don't know what they did with seat belt types and mountings etc. If you want to know the part numbers of seatbelts for a pre-HE XJS, which is what you car started life as, then just look on Jaguar's parts website.
