Default Silicone or side bearing cap sticks /// PAYEN cylinder head gaskets

Someone used RTV silicone on the crankshaft side bearing cap instead of C45154 (crankshaft bearing cap seal)? Any oil leaks after silicone?
Or better to pay 50 euros for two sticks (C45154) and not use the silicone?
JAGUAR Genuine OEM SEAL C45154 | eBay

I bought PAYEN cylinder head gaskets. They are coated like a glue on top. If I rubbed with a finger, then this glue peels off the gasket.
Do I need remove the glue from gasket before installation or leave it?

Rear shaf cover.
You can and should use silicone. Tighten the nuts until they touch. Then pump the silicone under pressure. Torque tighten nuts.

Head gasket.
Do not remove this cover.
