I haven’t gotten a chance to get under mine yet but I checked my strut and bushings in the left front and they’re good. I noticed if the car is being turned to the right loading the left front a bit, there is no rattle. Straight or turning left there it. It’s a very annoying rattle! Does that sound like a ball joint or more like a sway bar issue? Def left front rattle.

Any resolution to the frontal noises yet? Problem sounds like the same I am experiencing. I have my 08 XJ at an authorized Jaguar repair shop (not a dealer) now; after 2 days, no luck in determining what is causing the noises.

Not in my case. I asked the garage to look at the noise when they did my WOF/MOT equivalent, but they don't appear to have done so, and I've been extremely busy with work so haven't even had the time to get them to actually look, let alone do anything myself. I don't know how people like OB find the time to spend hours a day working on their cars.

Hi Someday

We haven't been out 'Tripping' for the last two weeks and have seldom ventured outside of 'Orange Blossom Towers' because it was (and I can't believe I'm saying this) Too Hot to go outside!

Indoor Temperature never went lower than 80F for the Past two weeks

Not any more though, its raining and blowing a gale

Yesterday in my apartment, windows open and fan on, it was 34C, or 93F. Outside in direct sunlight was 46C, or a balmy 115F. I'm glad my aircon's currently blowing nice cool air. But I really hate leaving my car out in the burning sun. And it hasn't rained for weeks.
