Is the xj6 and XJ12 the same part? My car runs fine. One of the nipples broke off from age. I epoxied it. But want a better one.

It's the same part number on the XJ6 and the XJS.
Its also rarely necessary. I'm in the southern US with temp in the 90F range pretty frequently and without this I've never had hot start issues caused by fuel vaporization in the rail. I replaced it for aesthetic reasons only.
