Tools to carry with you in the car

be sure to have some "do anything tools" like regular pliers, needlenose pliers, both types of screwdrivers, crescent wrench ( maybe 2 diff ones), perhaps some vice-grips, channel locks, etc.
remember your objective is to get home, so if you booger up a nut or bolt so be it, fix it later. combo wrench set would be nice but takes up room, ratcheting wrenches fix this but you still need open ends alot.
lol was checking to see if my spark plug wrench was in the boot the other day...my lug wrench is split open like it got hammered onto a lug 4mm too big or something, its nuts. be sure your spare gear is all in order.
maybe a voltage meter?
