Torque for exhaust manifolds?

Torque for exhaust manifolds?
Hi there!
As I removed the manifolds/headers (depending on where you come from), I was surprised by the ease the nuts were able to be turned. Even though badly rusted. That made me wonder, if they were supposed to be "barely tight" or if the previous owner(s) had undone them!?
As the nuts are brass, I really would guess, that they won't be too tight. What torque specs should I be looking at? At the same time, the same for the nuts between headers/manifolds and downpipe...
Cheers guys!
