i am looking in to maybe getting a Transmission Shift Kits for my xjs anyone got one

If you are going to do this, you might want to replace 2-3 accumulator piston. These are plastic and have a habit of breaking. Mine broke a few years ago, this prevents the 2nd gear band apply in manual 2nd, ie no engine braking.

Since you have the 400 transmission you can go to any of the hi-perf/hot rod vendors (Jegs and Summit come to mind) and choose from a variety of shift kits.

bc xjs how the kit workout for you and what was the cost to put it in????

When I installed the kit I also did the governor and adjustable vacuum module. Messed around a bit to get the results I wanted. Definitely a faster harder shift. Changing the weights and springs on the governor increased the shift point.
