V12 down pipes

V12 down pipes
As stated in my post re: 1990 XJS, I am in the process of re gasketing the spare engine I have and using parts from the engine in the car to make one engine.
In the process of removing the engine from the car, I noticed that the PO had exhaust work done on the car but it was welded all the way from the two catalytic converters to the back of the car. Not a single exhaust clamp in the system. I had to cut the pipe just aft of the transmission tail in order to access the bolts for the tranny cross member.
My plan is to eliminate the "CATS" and use the Euro style non-cat down pipes and I am looking for the cheap way to do this-- like used non cat down pipes.
I saw this used pair on Ebay and I want to know whether they will work on the 1990 V12 engine. I tried to attach the ebay ad but was not successful. The ad states that it is possible that they are from an E type or early '70s V12. The seller was not sure.
If anyone knows whether these will fit on the 1990 XJS please let me know so I can make the purchase.

The above pipes will not fit an HE V12 exhaust. As you can see from this photo, the downpipe is much longer on an HE V12
