Just a quick update. I've chased the wires through the TPS, the CTS and the ATS. I've even switched ECU's and still have the same problem. Starting to get really, really frustrated now...

Try unplugging the ECU and check for continuity between any of the 3 wires at the plug end of the TPS (unplug TPS too). This will tell you if you have a short in that loom.

While testing the voltage to each injector, I found I could simply wiggle the wire harness to the amp, coil and sensors and the engine would die. I picked up several rolls of wire this morning and will be rebuilding the rest of the harness soon.
