The XJS is looking good after that washing, I was amazed when I first got mine and cleaned it off how well these old cars hold their shine. Had mine back on the road for a while, still working out why it won't start now, but haven't been down to the garage lately exept for ast night and that was to work on the girl friends vehicle.

Sorry OB. I put it on the trailer yesterday and took it to the dump. As I picked it up the plastic just snapped. It wouldn't have made it over to Britain in one piece. Maybe as a puzzle. But they are available on eBay still... Nobody really wants them as the stuff inside is just sooooo cheap.

Hi Daim

I just love all that 'Kitch' Stuff, if I'd seen one at a Car Boot Sale I would have been very tempted to bring it home in the Jag (maybe not!)

Impressive how well she cleaned up under that protective layer of grime....
And interesting how high the front rides without the weight of the engine.
