Default Water rail housings

I am unable to find any torque settings for the water rail housing bolts. Can anyone help please.

When I did mine a few years ago I made sure I put some anti-seize compound on them, then just tightened until it "felt right".

No leaks yet, but then again I've not tried to remove them either.
